All New Dancers Must Complete These Forms to Join Class
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on grants and funding to keep our classes accessible, offer scholarships, and serve our community equitably. Many of these opportunities require us to share anonymous, aggregated data about the backgrounds and needs of our students. We understand that questions about financial status and disability can feel sensitive.
In addition to this information, our waiver and liability forms help keep everyone safe in the studio and ensure we can provide a supportive, accessible environment for all dancers.
